PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee evaluation system capable of tabulating data to a data center for performing various evaluation, and performing the display of evaluation results respectively suitable for employees and managers.SOLUTION: An employee evaluation system in which devices for managers and devices for employees and a data center are connected via a network includes: the devices for managers which receive first display data from the data center; the devices for employees which transmit input data to the data center, and receive second display data from the data center; and the data center which receives the input data, and ranks the employees by applying a predetermined threshold on the basis of the input data, and transmits the first display data including the ranks of a plurality of employees to the devices for managers, and transmits the second display data different from the first display data including the ranks of the employees of the transmission destinations to the devices for employees. |
