摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that continuous production of a copper nanoparticle by passing a reaction solution containing a copper salt, a dispersant and a reductant through a reaction tube laid in a place irradiated with microwaves tends to cause a stop of continuous production of the copper nanoparticle or significant variation in particle size of the copper nanoparticle due to formation of copper mirror and/or adhesion of deposited copper, preventing low-cost production of a copper nanoparticle in a high yield.SOLUTION: A continuous production method of a copper nanoparticle comprises dissolving copper hydroxide and copper nitrate in the same solvent, mixing the resultant solution with a polycarboxylic acid and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(C8H18O3) or with 2-ethylhexanol(C8H18O) and dodecane(C12H26) as a dispersant and then hydrazine as a reductant for copper salts and passing the resultant reaction solution through a microwave irradiation cavity to produce a copper nanoparticle while preventing formation of copper mirror and adhesion of precipitation.</p>
