<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear for suppressing the occurrence of abnormal sounds by damping vibration which occurs on the tooth surface of the gear when engaging, and for obtaining stable positioning accuracy, and to provide a motor actuator equipped therewith.SOLUTION: The motor actuator includes a speed reduction mechanism 6 for transmitting the rotating force of an electric motor 3, and a ball screw mechanism 8 for converting the rotational motion of the electric motor 3 into the axially linear motion of a driving shaft 7 via the speed reduction mechanism 6. In both side faces of an output gear 5, annular grooves 27, 28 are formed at their portions near the tooth bottom. The annular grooves 27, 28 are formed which have mutually-different-diameter concentricity around the center of the gear and whose groove bottoms overlap each other in the axial direction. Elastic members 29, 30 are filled in the annular grooves 27, 28, respectively, and the elastic members 29, 30 are each formed of a liquid-rubber hardenable material.</p> |
