PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for realizing a liquefaction countermeasure of the ground by a drain column having capacity for restraining displacement of the ground by strength of the drain column itself, in addition to drainage capacity for restraining an increase in pore water pressure.SOLUTION: The ground liquefaction countermeasure method on the present invention establishes the water permeable drain column 3 in the ground G by a drain material including the solid content of ready-mixed concrete sludge at a rate of 1-30 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of a slag mass. The drain column 3 maintains water permeability by becoming a structure having a clearance by bonding the mutual slag masses on a contact surface by alkali stimulation of the ready-mixed concrete sludge, and the drain column itself has strength more than a case of a crushed stone column by joining force of the mutual slag masses.
