Provided is a method for allowing a heat resistant component to be fixed to the surface of a heat exposed component without thermal stress. The present invention relates to a method for fixing a heat resistant component (1) to the surface of a heat exposed component (4) by brazing at least one part of the surface of the heat resistant component (1) limited by a peripheral boundary edge (7) to the surface of the heat exposed component (4) by using molten solder (3). The method for fixing the heat resistant component (1) to the surface of the heat exposed component (4) comprises the steps of metallizing the surface of the heat resistant component (1) except an edge area comprising at least the peripheral boundary edge (7); and brazing the metallized surface (2) to the surface of the heat exposed component (4), wherein at least the surface of the heat resistant component (1) is composed of a ceramic material having physiochemical properties with respect to wetting properties so that the ceramic material is not wet by the molten solder (3); and/or a metallization process uses metal or a metal alloy having physiochemical properties with respect to wetting properties so that the metallized surface (2) is wet by the molten solder (3). |
