[TECHNICAL PROBLEM] Provided is a double-sided adhesive film which is capable of allowing a plurality of transparent substrates to be bonded together therethrough to readily form a display panel, while allowing a defect such as air voids or wrinkles to become less likely to occur. [SOLUTION] The double-sided adhesive film is designed to bond a plurality of transparent substrates together therethrough to form a display panel. The double-sided adhesive film comprises: a peelable film; and a laminate formed on the peelable film, and comprising a first adhesive layer and a decorative layer, wherein the decorative layer is provided in the laminate in such a manner that it is located in a region other than a region corresponding to a display area of the display panel, when the transparent substrates are bonded together through the double-sided adhesive film to form the display panel.
