PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation planning system for collective housing which allows for sufficient energy saving, in a collective housing where a plurality of power generators and shared storage batteries are installed.SOLUTION: While prohibiting system reverse power flow for flowing power reversely from an internal power line 4 to a commercial power system 1, the operation mode pattern of each power generator 20, when the evaluation index of a collective housing unit is minimized, is derived as an optimum operation mode pattern, and operation of each power generator is directed. For the evaluation index when charging a shared storage battery 10, the charging power procurement load, i.e., the energy procurement load when the charging power of the shared storage battery 10 is generated by the power generator 20, is subtracted. For the evaluation index when discharging from the shared storage battery 10, a discharging power procurement load, i.e., the energy procurement load when the discharging power from the shared storage battery 10 is generated by the power generator 20, is added. |
