PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fine processing method of a micro needle type glucose sensor.SOLUTION: Provided is the glucose sensor in which an electrode 2 on a fine capillary 1 has a fine pattern 3, and enzyme is included in the electrode. A production method of the glucose sensor on the fine capillary comprises the steps of: covering the fine capillary by 3D nano-imprint module and imprinting the fine pattern thereon; depositing a Pt metal thin film on the imprinted fine capillary; covering the Pt metal thin film by a resist; covering the fine capillary by a photo-lithography module and performing photo-lithography process; patterning the Pt metal thin film and covering it by a thin resist layer and patterning the covered metal thin film; forming an Ag thin film on the patterned fine capillary, and immersing it to an HCl solution for converting the Ag thin film into AgCl for forming the electrode; and introducing the enzyme into the electrode. |
