PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of improvement in cooling performance and improvement in productivity of a power module.SOLUTION: A power semiconductor module according to the present embodiment comprises a power semiconductor element for converting DC current to AC current and a case for forming a housing space of the power semiconductor element. The case has a first heat dissipator and a second heat dissipator opposite to the first heat dissipator across the housing space. Each of the first heat dissipator and the second heat dissipator has a plurality of first fins and second fins each formed to have a width of a cross section larger than a width of a cross section of the first fin. The second fins are arranged on the outside of a first fin region formed by linking first fins among the plurality of first fins, which are arranged outside.
