PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient semiconductor light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting device includes a laminated body including a light-emitting layer; first and second electrodes provided on the laminated body; an insulating layer covering the laminated body and the first and second electrodes; first re-wiring electrically connected to the first electrode; second re-wiring electrically connected to the second electrode; a light-shielding portion covering side surfaces of the laminated body; a first pillar provided on the first re-wiring; a second pillar provided on the second re-wiring; and a sealing portion exposing an end portion of the first pillar and an end portion of the second pillar, and covering the laminated body, the first pillar, and the second pillar. The first re-wiring, the second re-wiring, and the light-shielding portion include, on surfaces in contact with the insulating layer, a component having a reflectance ratio of 80% or more to emission light from the light-emitting layer. |
