PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user terminal and the like capable of introducing an application in a peripheral terminal connected to a LAN to a user without retrieval operation.SOLUTION: The user terminal communicable with an application distribution server and a peripheral terminal connected to a LAN includes: peripheral terminal retrieval means for receiving service information from a peripheral terminal; application retrieval means for transmitting an application retrieval request having the service information as a retrieval key to the application distribution server and receiving an address of an application installable in the terminal and corresponding to the service information, from the application distribution server; and application introduction means for presenting the address of the application to the user by using a user interface.
