摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens having an optical system capable of being reduced in thickness, without deteriorating optical characteristics outside an axis.SOLUTION: A zoom lens includes, in order from an object side, a front group B1 having negative refractive power, an aperture diaphragm S, and a rear group B2 having positive refractive power. The rear group B2 contains at least two negative groups. The front group B1 has a reflective optical element PRM folding an optical path by making light rays be reflected to the most object side. The reflective optical element PRM has a concave image side surface 2c. The rear group B2 has at least one group moving when zooming. The zoom lens satisfies, over the whole area of zooming, the following conditional expression: 0.1≤L/Σd≤0.4...(1). L indicates a distance from an apex of an optical system closest to the object side to the aperture diaphragm S, andΣd indicates a distance from the apex of the optical system closest to the object side to an image surface.</p>
