PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool capable of solving difficulty for hitting droplet to an area for spot application in spot application operation at least, and in addition, capable of solving trouble of applying damage to the area for spot application by a needle tip and difficulty of discharge of a proper amount.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool A for positioning a syringe C to a measurement device B in a predetermined posture in a fixed state, is provided. The auxiliary tool A has a syringe holding part 1 formed so as to hold the syringe C in a detachable state in a posture that the needle tip of the syringe C faces downward, a fixing part 3 for fixing the syringe C to the measurement device B having an area B1 for spot application, and a pillar part 2 for coupling the syringe holding part 1 and the fixing part 3. The needle tip of the syringe is positioned above the area B1 of the spot application of the measurement device B.
