<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine including an on-off valve which properly operates with a simple configuration in suppressing abnormal high pressure of a working fluid in a fluid circuit due to lock of an expander and the like, the fluid circuit using the fluid machine and a waste heat utilization device.SOLUTION: In a housing of a fluid machine 15, a first passage 57, a second passage 59, and a bypass passage 56 for connecting the first passage 57 and the second passage 59 by bypassing an expander 40 are formed. In the bypass passage 56, an on-off valve 102 is provided. The on-off valve 102 switches between a communication state in which the first passage 57 communicates with the second passage 59 via the bypass passage 56, and a cut-off state in which the first passage 57 is prevented from communicating with the second passage 59 via the bypass passage 56. The on-off valve 102 switches to the communication state in the case where differential pressure between the pressure of a working fluid in the first passage 57 and the atmospheric pressure is equal to or more than a first predetermined value, and allows at least one part of the working fluid flowing in from a first opening part 55 to flow in the second passage 59 via the bypass passage.</p> |
