<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure bearing force of a common corridor side rigid-framed structure, when the bearing force in the ridge direction is insufficient, without impairing a degree of freedom of floor planning, by eliminating the necessity for arranging a structure such as a multistory bearing wall and a multistory small wall in a dwelling unit, by enabling design even if a member cross section of a column of a main frame is not enlarged, without using a seismic damper, in a mid-to-high rise plate-like house.SOLUTION: In the plate-like house, a balcony 1 side structure plane and a common corridor 2 side structure plane are opposed along the ridge direction, and while forming the common corridor 2 side structure plane as a rigid-frames structure, the balcony 1 side structure plane is formed as the rigid-framed structure by a flat beam 3, and an earthquake-resisting wall 4 is provided along the span direction. When the bearing force in the ridge direction is insufficient, a seismic stud 5 is installed in the rigid-framed structure of the common corridor 2 side structure plane. Sticking of a main reinforcement 51 and concrete 53 in a column capital-column base part of the seismic stud 5 is also cut off.</p> |
