<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure an alignment between an ingot and a wire saw machine comprising: a support plate having an upper side, a lower side, and sides; an absorption portion arranged on the upper side of the support plate, having an absorbing side absorbed onto a cross section of the ingot; first and second jigs arranged on the upper side of the support plate; a first magnifying glass fixated on the first jig, enabling to observe the distance between one part of the support plate and one part of a wire; and a second magnifying glass fixated on the second jig, enabling to observe the distance between the other part of the support plate and the other part of the wire.</p> |
