<p>PURPOSE: A joystick lever having an excavator shape is provided to enable a worker unskilled to easily and accurately manipulate the lever by distinguishing the position of a work device through the hands of the worker. CONSTITUTION: A joystick lever having an excavator shape comprises a rotary plate(4) for operating an excavator body, a first link(1) for operating a boom, a second link(2) for operating an arm, a third link(3) for operating a bucket, first, second, third, and fourth position sensors(5,6,7,8), first, second, third, and fourth displacement angle sensors, a controller, and a main control valve drive unit. The rotary plate is rotatably installed on the bottom of a driver seat of an excavator. The position sensors sense the position changes of the first, second, and third links and transfer the sensed results to the controller. The displacement angle sensors sense the displacement angles of the links and transfer the sensed results to the controller in real time. The controller outputs a drive signal to the main control valve drive unit.</p> |
