<p>The present invention relates to a sanitary toilet seat cover capable of improving user convenience by correctly positioning a clean sanitary cover on a toilet seat and helping users sanitarily use the toilet seat. A perforated line (41a) is formed in a transverse direction at a length corresponding to a length of the toilet seat to cut used parts. An opening perforated line (41ba) is formed to form a central perforated unit (41b) between the perforated lines. A parting line (41bc) is formed in a vertical direction at the opening perforated line on the sanitary toilet seat cover. The central perforated unit forms a protrusion part (41e) at both sides. The front is small and the rear is formed in a large snowman shape. The parting line forms a central opening part (42) by tearing the opening perforated line when the toilet seat is used. A surrounding part of the central opening part is easily bent into the opening part of the toilet seat.</p> |
