<p>A smart learning management service apparatus based on study media related with the present invention includes: a learning terminal control unit which is constituted to transmit and receive learning information of a learning terminal and a learner, and in which the learning terminal is able to output a media file according to the tag information given to elements constituting the content of the media file; a management terminal control unit which is constituted to transmit and receive the learning information or subscription information of the learner with a management terminal and in which the management terminal is able to output the learning information or to transmit instruction information of a manager based on the learning information to the learning terminal; and a local control part constituted to transmit or receive the learning information or the subscription information to an external server.</p> |
