摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material, a device and a method related to under resonance radio frequency (RF) circulator and isolator.SOLUTION: A circulator (200) may include a conductor having a plurality of signal ports (204, 206, 208) and one or more magnets configured to give a magnetic field. The circulator may further include one or more ferrite discs (100) that can be achieved for the conductor and one or more magnets so that an RF signal can set a path selectively between the signal ports by the magnetic field. Each ferrite disc contains a synthetic garnet material having dodecahedron sites, octahedron sites and tetrahedron sites, bismuth may occupy at least some of the dodecahedron sites, and aluminum may occupy at least some of the tetrahedron sites. The synthetic garnet material may be represented by formula; YBiCaFeVZrAlO. In some embodiment, x≤1.4, y≤0.7, z≤0.7, and a≤0.75.
