PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a display content that is displayed on a display device which is installed to correspond to a cabinet by specifying a cabinet in which a commodity is displayed, without requiring an editing work by a user.SOLUTION: A content generation device 10 includes a cabinet data base 155 which stores commodity data for each cabinet comprising one or a plurality of commodity data, and a POP data base 151 which stores POP data as commodity advertisement data corresponding to commodity data. A CPU 11 specifies a cabinet by associating it to a display device. The CPU 11 extracts POP data as commodity advertisement data corresponding to the commodity data contained in the cabinet that is specified out of the POP data base 151, and based on the POP data as the commodity advertisement data that is extracted, generates a display content that is outputted on the display device. |
