<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations in the arrangement state of valleys and peaks of the corrugation height of a corrugated cardboard sheet.SOLUTION: A camera CA photographs the arrangement state of the corrugation height at a cut part LE of the cut corrugated cardboard sheet PB or a planned cutting position of the corrugated cardboard sheet, under the control of a cutter control device. A lower management device obtains the photographed results from the camera. The lower management device, in one pitch of the corrugation height, carries out a phase determination processing which determines, based on the photographed result, the arrangement phase of the corrugation height positioned at the cut position or at the planned cutting position, a command length determination processing adjusts a sheet command length L which is pre-determined for each order, such that the arrangement phase determined by the phase determination processing approaches to a pre-determined reference arrangement phase and determines the command sheet length Ln having an integer multiple of pitch or half pitch of the corrugation height, and a command processing which commands the sheet command length determined by the command length determination processing to the cutter control device.</p> |
