<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction aid for beverages which purifies drinking water and improves the taste and the foaming state of foaming alcoholic beverages, e.g. beer, and persistence of the taste when coming in contact with beverages.SOLUTION: An extraction aid for beverages is made to intervene between a supply source of the beverage and the container in pouring a beverage into a container and includes a cylindrical body 10 to be poured with the beverage and a plurality of protrusions 12a formed inside the body 10, and the protrusions 12a are arranged so that the beverage flows to an extraction port 10b while contacting with the protrusions 12a when the beverage is poured from the pouring inlet 10a of the body 10. At least the protrusions 12a, among the body 10 and the protrusions 12a, are preferably formed by casting of pure tin.</p> |
