<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator in which the stress generated in a cap is relaxed by compact design without increasing the diameter, and damage on the cap can be prevented even after continuous driving.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 100 displacing upon application of a voltage includes a piezoelectric actuator body 105 in which a plurality of piezoelectric elements 110 are connected in series while fixing one end, a transmission body 130 provided at the end of the piezoelectric actuator body 105 on the displacement side, and transmitting the displacement of the piezoelectric actuator body 105, and a metal cap 160 having a telescopic bellows on the side face, and housing the piezoelectric actuator body 105 and the transmission body 130. The transmission body 130 is housed in contact with the closed end side of the cap 160, and has a small diameter portion at a position facing the bellows of the cap 160.</p> |
