Disclosed is an apparatus for assembling an optical lens module, capable of improving precision of the assembly by assembling a lens and optical parts in a barrel using a linear shaft motor. The apparatus includes a first upper vision unit (300) for monitoring an aligned state of a lens on a lens tray (30) in which a plurality of lenses (33) are received; a second upper vision unit (400) for monitoring an aligned state of a barrel on a barrel tray (40) in which a plurality of barrels (43) are received; a lens tray transfer unit (100) for transferring the lens tray (30) to a lens pick-up reference position (C1) and a barrel tray transfer unit (200) for transferring the barrel tray (40) to an assembly reference position (C2); and a first pick-up unit (500) for picking up the lens (33) received in the lens tray (30) and inserting it in the barrel (43) received in the barrel tray (40), and a second pick-up unit (600) for picking up the optical part (50) supplied from a part supply unit (SP) and inserting it into the barrel (43) received in the barrel tray (40). The first and second pick-up units (500, 600) have shafts (530, 630) consisting of magnets which have the same polarity, lifting members (540, 640) which comprise coils and slide in a vertical direction in a non-contact manner with respect to the shafts (530, 630), a current control unit for controlling the current flowing in the coil, and nozzles (550, 650) provided below the lifting members (540, 640) to pick up the lens or optical part by suction. |
