The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising acebrophylline and having fast acting property and durability and, more specifically, to a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition comprising acebrophylline and a hydrophobic material. According to the present invention, the simple matrix type sustained-release medicine containing acebrophylline increases convenience of taking a medicine, thereby expecting significantly improved compliance of taking the medicine and treatment effect.
