PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a semiconductor device with high reliability.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the display device including a first electrode, a second electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, a first transistor, and a second transistor is provided. The first electrode is light-transmissive. The second electrode faces the first electrode. The organic light-emitting layer is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first transistor includes a first semiconductor layer, a first conductive part, a second conductive part, a first gate electrode, and a first gate insulating film. The second transistor includes a second semiconductor layer, a third conductive part, a fourth conductive part, a second gate electrode, and a second gate insulating film. The amount of hydrogen contained in the first gate insulating film is larger than the amount of hydrogen contained in the second gate insulating film. |
