PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus with improved reliability of the imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus captures images and includes: an imaging part for obtaining image information; a power supply part for supplying electric power to the imaging part; a power reception coil which receives electric power from a power transmission device in a wireless manner and supplies the received electric power to the power supply part; and a housing which stores the power supply part and the power reception coil and holds the imaging part. The housing may move relative to the power transmission device.
