PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply-demand control device and an electric power supply-demand control method that enable reduction of a burden on users and accurate control of electric power supply-demand balance.SOLUTION: An electric power supply-demand control device according to an embodiment of the present invention requests a plurality of request targets to adjust electric power prior to an electric power adjustment implementation date when the electric power adjustment is implemented. The electric power supply-demand control device includes target value acquisition means, information collection means, adjustment amount determination means, and a communication section. The target value acquisition means acquires a target value of total adjustment amount that is a total value of adjustment amount that is the electric power amount of the electric power adjustment requests made to the respective request targets. The information collection means collects information on registration electric power amount of each request target registered as electric power amount enabling electric power adjustment at the implementation date. The adjustment amount determination means determines adjustment amount of each request target on the basis of the registration electric power amount of each request target and the target value of the total adjustment amount. The communication section notifies each request target of the adjustment amount determined by the adjustment amount determination means. |
