PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar positive electrode which is suppressed in deterioration by an electrochemical reaction owing to reduced permeation of water containing an electrolyte, is light and causes good transfer of electric charges between an electrolyte and it.SOLUTION: In a planar positive electrode 1, an electric power supply material 3 composed of a slender metal is arranged on an electrode surface 2 composed of a conductive sheet obtained by forming a carbon material into a sheet, and the planar positive electrode 1 transfers a positive charge to an electrolyte. The electric power supply material 3 is adhered to the electrode surface 2 with a conductive adhesive layer 4, and the longitudinal-direction surrounding of the electric power supply material 3 is embedded in a water-impermeable resin layer 52. |
