PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact transmission device capable of compatibly relaxing shift shock and avoiding engine stall during deceleration without using a centrifugal clutch.SOLUTION: On the downstream side of a discharge oil path, an orifice mechanism is provided for changing a discharge resistance of a clutch hydraulic pressure to be cut with the switch-over of a clutch, into two stages. In a transition period S when a connection side clutch to be in a connected state after shift change is switched over from a cut state into the connected state, an ineffective stroke interval S1 is provided where no friction force is produced in a clutch plate. During shift change, an AMT (Automatic Manual Transmission) control unit controls discharge resistance changing means depending on a measured value of an oil temperature sensor so that, in a half clutch interval after the ineffective stroke interval S1 for the connection side clutch is finished, a cut side clutch to be in the cut state after shift change is set into a state that no friction force is produced after the half clutch interval is finished. |
