PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device capable of easily embedding a bio-tissue support indwelling object in a living body, imposing a reduced burden on a patient, and providing the patient with high safety, and a puncture method.SOLUTION: A puncture device 1 includes a puncture member 3 having a needle tip 351 capable of puncturing a bio-tissue, and contact parts 221 and 222 that position the location of the needle tip 351 with respect to at least one of obturator foramens such that, after passing a body surface H, the needle tip 351 passes an obturator foramen 1101 and an obturator foramen 1102. |
