PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bio lubricant from methyl biodiesel and the bio lubricant obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a bio lubricant by stirring caster oil methyl biodiesel (methyl ricinolate) and/or jatropha oil methyl biodiesel (a mixture of methyl oleate and methyl linoleate), trimethylol propane (TMP) as poly hydroxylated alcohol, neopentyl glycol or pentaerythritol, water and an enzymatic catalyst at 700 rpm and a temperature of 40 to 55°C under a pressure of 10to 10Pa, and there is also provided each product material.
