<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a flange comprising a double pipe having an inner pipe and an outer pipe. The apparatus can form an angle of the flange to be exactly 90°. When the flange is formed, the apparatus does not contact the pipe due to an improved shape of an upper roller. Force of a spring is used so as to form the flange in a state that the upper roller, a lower roller, and a flange forming part between the upper roller and the lower roller tightly and completely contact with each other. According to a new type of a forming method stated earlier, the apparatus for forming a flange comprising a double pipe that can increase efficiency of forming the flange and can obtain excellent quality of forming the flange is provided.</p> |
