摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a device to prevent discharging and electric shock in a water immersion using a coil electrode, capable of preventing an electric shock by reducing a leakage current when a terminal electrically connecting an electric device is wet, and having a reduced volume. The characteristics of the present invention comprises: an input electric wire (100) to which commercial electric power is input; an output electric wire (200) supplying the commercial electric power input through the input electric wire (100) to a load; and a coil-type electrode (10) connected between the input electric wire (100) and the output electric wire (200) on both ends thereof and wound in a circular shape to have an inner diameter of 1.2-100 times the diameter of the input electric wire (100), and having a length of 1.2-100 times the diameter of the input electric wire (100) in order to reduce the attenuate of the amount of energy flowing in the air to reduce energy discharge, uniformize an electric power wavelength and a current wavelength when energy is supplied to increase the lifespan of an electric device or an electronic device, and enable electric energy to flow to the electric device or an electronic device, while confining the electric energy, to guarantee an operation of the electric device or the electronic device when it rains or when the electric device or the electronic device is even wet, thereby preventing power failure or an electric shock through a liquid.</p>
