<p>The present invention relates to a tunnel steel rib having a yieldable transformation allow joint structure. The present invention provides a tunnel steel rib having a yieldable transformation allow joint structure which is capable of improving connecting force of a H-shaped steel rib by separately pressurizing a flange of the H-shaped steel rib by using multiple pressurizing clamps; and preventing damage and deformation of a connecting plate for connecting the H-shaped steel rib by easily controlling pressurizing torque of the H-shaped steel rib. The present invention for achieving the above purpose relates to a steel rib comprising: multiple H-shaped steel ribs installed along an excavation side of a tunnel; and a yieldable connecting member for connecting the H-shaped steel ribs, and for generating slip with the H-shaped steel rib when overload is applied. The yieldable connecting member comprises: an upper connecting plate where one end is attached to an outside of an upper flange of one H-shaped steel rib, and the other side is attached to an outside of an upper flange of the other H-shaped steel rib to be connected; a lower connecting plate where one end is attached to an outside of a lower flange of the H-shaped steel rib, and the other end is attached to an outside of a lower flange of the other H-shaped steel rib to be connected in order to face the upper connecting plate; multiple pressurizing clamps, which are combined to both ends of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate through a fastening bolt and a nut, for pressurizing and fixating both ends of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; and a pressurizing bolt and a nut installed to connect a center of the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate for increasing welding force to the H-shaped steel rib.</p> |
