PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture battery laminate and a battery pack while reducing deteriorated mounting efficiency of a battery cell.SOLUTION: A plurality of cases 30 accommodating a battery cell 10 are laminated with the surface and the rear face alternately reversed. The battery cell includes a flexible sheet 13 for sheathing a power generation element. The sheet is sealed in a seal area 16 along outer peripheral sides of the battery cell. A protrusion 15 due to the power generation element protrudes from the seal area. Each case is surrounded by a frame 31 and includes a main accommodation section 35 for accommodating the protrusion of the battery cell. The bottom face of the main accommodation section is constituted by a plurality of strip plates 41 disposed mutually in parallel. A plurality of strip plates on one case out of two mutually adjacent cases, whose rear faces face each other, are respectively fit into a plurality of openings 43 provided between a plurality of strip plates of another case. |
