PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a power steering device and an on-vehicle apparatus which can improve abnormality detection precision of sensor output signals.SOLUTION: A control device for a power steering device and an on-vehicle apparatus performs abnormality detection using at least four sensor output signals; and when any of the plurality of sensor output signals satisfy a first condition that the largest number of signals show similar values and a second condition that the number is equal to n+1 or more (the number of signals to which the majority number of signals belong of groups to which sensor output signals sharing n=common factors belong: n), determines that the sensor output signals satisfying the first condition and the second condition are normal values and the other signals are abnormal values.
