PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module protective sheet achieving high hardness of a surface to be exposed to air and reliably maintaining good adhesiveness to a junction box as a solar cell module protective sheet, and a solar cell module using the solar cell module protective sheet.SOLUTION: The solar cell module protective sheet includes a hard coat layer and a primer layer successively formed on one surface of a substrate, and has the primer layer formed on a back surface with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween.
