<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server and the like capable of, on the basis of movement information on a terminal, appropriately detecting the fact that abnormality occurs on a user carrying the terminal to send a notification.SOLUTION: A server (2) includes: a communication unit (21) for performing communication with a first terminal and a second terminal; an information acquisition unit (251) for acquiring movement information and time information on the first terminal; a storage unit (24) for storing a schedule on whether the first terminal is moving in a predetermined time or condition information related to movement of the first terminal including restriction of the length of time when the first terminal is moving or is not moving; an abnormality determination unit (253) for, by comparing the movement information and time information with the condition information, determining whether abnormality occurs on a user carrying the first terminal; and an abnormality notification unit (254) for, when the abnormality determination unit determines that abnormality occurs on the user, notifying a user of the second terminal of the abnormality on the user.</p> |
