PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker unit and a speaker system that suppress generation of noise even in a structure of sound output in which a voice coil of a speaker is connected to an output side of a digital amplifier without the intervention of a low pass filter.SOLUTION: A speaker unit 12 includes a voice coil 24, and also includes an amplifier module 41 having a class D amplifier 14. Wiring including an output terminal 42 of the amplifier module 41 and a conductor 33 connecting the output terminal 42 to a point of winding start or point of winding end of a winding of the voice coil 24 has a length of 20 cm or less. The amplifier module 41 is supported on a frame 28 supporting members of the speaker unit 12.
