<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a time-lapse moving image having large variety.SOLUTION: A still image acquisition unit 41 acquires a plurality of still images imaged at predetermined time intervals. A change information acquisition unit 43 acquires change information indicative of overall changes along the lapse of time in the input still images (a series of still images obtained by interval imaging). A setting unit 44 sets, from the plurality of still images, each still image (image for moving image playback) for use as a moving image frame on the basis of the change information acquired by the change information acquisition unit 43. A moving image generation unit 45 generates a moving image using the still image set by the setting unit 44.</p> |
