PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacturing a coil component for a heavy-current used for a DCDC converter and the like that reduce such work as replacement and checkups of cutting blades and the like to the minimum.SOLUTION: A terminal 41 of a winding is bundled to a bundle part 31 of a metal terminal so as to have a section where a bundling interval is made to be sparse between a winding start and a winding end of bundling. The bundle part is solder dipped. The metal terminal and the winding terminal are cut at a section where the bundling interval is made to be sparse.
