Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for processing a program using a many-core. The method for processing program includes the steps of: accessing a queue in which a macro-block grouped depending on the dependency between basic blocks constituting the program is stored; loading the macro-block from the queue; processing the loaded macro-block. The method for processing program can be executed by each of a plurality of cores constituting the processing apparatus.
