<p>The present invention, which relates to a system and method for detecting an illegal call in a data network, provides a system for detecting an illegal call in a data network and a method using the same, wherein the system comprises: a data collecting server comprising a call log collecting unit for collecting call log data of a call performed between a first terminal and a second terminal through a data network to generate log data for each call, and an SIP packet collecting unit for collecting SIP packets transmitted through the data network to generate a call detail record (CDR) and basic call data; and a data analysis server for analyzing data generated by the data collecting server to detect an illegal call.</p> |
