<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing uracil derived from garlic as an active ingredient for alleviating wrinkles wherein caffeic acid (CA), s-allylcysteine (SAC), and uracil derived from garlic are considered to inhibit an MMP enzyme by controlling NF-κB signals, thereby alleviating UVB-induced wrinkles. The CA, SAC, and uracil derived from garlic can be used as an anti-aging agent for skin in UVB-induced photoaging.</p> |
