The present invention provides a method and a system for providing a talent donate bank service, capable of efficiently utilizing and supporting manpower resources through the talent donate bank service including a talent donator pool. The talent donate bank service providing system includes: at least one user terminal, and a talent donate bank service server connected with the user terminal through a network. The talent donate bank service server includes: a transceiver to receive a fund investment request of a client from the user terminal; a verification unit to receive verification of a talent certificate, an ability certificate, or a talent-ability certificate from a relevant school server of the client; an evaluation unit to evaluate the talent certificate, the ability certificate, or the talent-ability certificate verified through the verification unit in the form of an asset value based on a preset reference; and an investment unit to transmit an investment fund to the client according to the evaluation result of the evaluation unit. |
