摘要 The present invention relates to a glass fiber reinforced polymer concrete manhole having a double cross-sectional structure having an inner and outer layer, and relative to the related art having a triple cross-sectional structure wherein the outer layer of a body is made of a glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) layer; the inner layer is made of high-strength polymer concrete using silane as a binder to increase compression and bending strength, and is coated by a vinyl ester resin having high corrosion resistance; lower and upper plates connected to the body made of high-strength polymer concrete using slag balls which are produced in a process of treating steel slag to increase the compression strength and flow value; and the top surface of the lower plate and the bottom surfaces of the upper plate are reinforced by the GFRP layer, and is coated by a vinyl ester resin having high corrosion resistance. Since the thickness of the inner layer of the body is slightly thicker than that of the inner and middle layers of the triple cross-sectional structure in accordance to the related art, the bearing strength of a wall is increased to prevent a bulging phenomenon, and also increases the load carrying capacity of a vertical direction. Since the lower and upper plates are formed in a flat shape by the polymer concrete using the precious slag balls, the structure can easily be manufactured and handled even though the thickness of the structure becomes thin. Since the top surface of the lower plate and the bottom surface of the upper plate are reinforced by the GFRP layer, the bending strength is increased to prevent the lower plate from being punched, and the resistance to the deflection of the upper plate increased.
