PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double eyelid forming sheet member capable of forming a double eyelid with good operability.SOLUTION: A double eyelid forming sheet member is formed by: preparing a laminated sheet having a layer structure of a second separator (2)/a double-sided adhesive tape (3)/a first separator (1); and on the second separator (2), providing a start point (P1), an intermediate point (P2) and an end point (P3), and forming a first slit line (L1) connecting the start point (P1) and the intermediate point (P2) and a second slit line (L2) connecting the intermediate point (P2) and the end point (P3). The first separator (1) is peeled and removed from the member and the member adheres to the eyelid. Thereafter, being peeled from the start point (P1) side, the second separator (2) is peeled and removed in a state of a continuous peeled piece, leaving only the thin ribbon-shaped double-sided adhesive tape (3) on the eyelid. |
