<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appearance inspection system capable of suppressing an influence of disturbance light, while allowing an arbitrary light source to be used.SOLUTION: An appearance inspection system 10 includes: a stroboscope 20; a camera 30 for imaging an object W; and a control device 40 for calculating a difference between the gradation of a first image causing the object W to be imaged by the camera 30 by irradiating light with first light quantity and the gradation of a second image causing the object W to be imaged by the camera 30 by irradiating light with second light quantity, and for determining quality of the appearance of the object W based on a comparison between a reference gradation corresponding to the difference and the difference.</p> |
